Health studies are demanding. A relaxing activity is recommended to help you maintain your well-being. This regular practice will help you cope better with stress. The two applications below (downloadable free of charge from the Google Playstore or Apple store) offer meditation, relaxation and cardiac coherence exercises to be carried out on a daily basis to help you manage stress. They can be used by anyone. These two applications have been created with the help of experts in the field (Petit Bambou had the support of Dr. Christophe André). They are recommended by numerous mental health professionals.
We recommend that you do one of the suggested exercises every day, which is about 10 minutes a day.
