Internship Agreement as Part of Enrollment in a DU/DIU Program or Medical Residency Program

As part of your enrollment in a continuing education program leading to a DU/DIU or a Capacités de médecine, you are required to complete an internship. You must therefore fill out a MANDATORY internship agreement.

This agreement serves as the legal framework for the internship; it outlines the obligations of each party and must be signed by all three parties: the host organization, the intern, and the university.

The internship must take place BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 1 and AUGUST 31.

To edit your agreement, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Complete the agreement online; it is available on MOODLE in your digital learning environment.
  2. Have the host organization and yourself sign the agreement
  3. Upload the signed agreement to your DEVOIR space in MOODLE at least 15 DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE INTERNSHIP:

Once the agreement has been approved and signed by the Dean, a copy will be posted in your DEVOIR (MOODLE) space.

Important:

If your internship takes place over several periods during the academic year in which you are enrolledandat the same organization, these internship periods may be combined intoa single internship agreement.

If you are doing an internship at a healthcare facility, you will be asked to present your health pass. The host organization will check your pass upon your arrival.
