A medical degree is awarded upon completion of 9 to 12 years of study, beginning with the PACES (First Year Common to Health Studies).

The orthoptics program is a paramedical program that leads to the Certificate of Competence in Orthoptics in three years. To be admitted to the program, applicants must pass an entrance exam at the beginning of the program.
