Please note that, in accordance with the Public Health Code, students who wish to pursue studies in Medicine, Midwifery, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Physical Therapy (MMOPK) must meet certain vaccination requirements.
If you are admitted to the second year of an MMOPK program: any delay in obtaining the required vaccination certificate will result in your suspension from second-year internships, which will lead to you having to repeat the year (note: the hepatitis B vaccination takes 7 months).
It is your responsibility to contact your primary care physician or another doctor at the start of the academic year—without waiting for your exam results—to verify that you are up to date on these required vaccinations or to get them.

LAS Assessment Procedures
LAS MCCs, including the EU Health Common, are provided by your home faculty.
For students who were enrolled in the PASS program in 2022–2023 or earlier and are continuing on to LAS2 or LAS3:
– PASS students who have earned 12 ECTS credits out of the 49 ECTS credits in the health sciences track of the PASS program are not required, in LAS2 or LAS3, to retake the optional health sciences ECUE exams associated with the LAS program, even if they have not yet earned the corresponding PASS credits.
– PASS students who have not earned 12 ECTS credits out of the 49 ECTS credits required for the health sciences track of the PASS program must, in order to complete these 12 ECTS credits, take one or more courses in LAS2 or LAS3 that are part of the LAS health sciences minor—courses they have not already completed, as indicated in the equivalency table below.

This calendar lists the key dates you need to know to ensure your year goes smoothly.
These are the dates for the PASS exams and review committees, the LAS Joint Health Unit, and the MMOP admission, oral, and placement review committee dates.
The actions you need to take, depending on your situation, or for which you will receive direct notification by email, are listed in red, with the affected students indicated in the left-hand column.
For example, you’ll need to plan to register on Parcoursup in January to prepare for a possible change of major, submit applications for health-related programs in March, and (for PASS students only) complete the questionnaire for future course assignments in LAS2 in May, and so on.

Students enrolled in a LAS2 or LAS3 program affiliated with the University of Montpellier who have completed a PASS or a LAS at another French university may request recognition of one or more ECUEs from the UE Santé Commune on the basis of equivalence.

When you apply, your MMOP application will only be counted if it is eligible, that is, if you have:

The final selection of the health track and the teaching location/institute will be made during the placement session, based on the MMOP-K ranking and the available capacity for each track.
MMOP-K Assignment Amphitheaters
Following the jury review ofthe secondround of exams, as part ofthe final admission decisions for the MMOP-K program and the selection of the teaching location (if applicable), theAssignment Sessions will take place on July 9 and 10, 2025 in person at theMontpellier-Nîmes Faculty of Medicine, ADV Health Campus(641 Avenue Doyen Gaston Giraud, 34090 Montpellier).
A personalized notification specifying the exact date and time will be sent via email (to the University of Montpellier student email address) to the students concerned (starting July 2, 2025).
You must arrive on the date and time specified in your appointment notice; no changes to your group assignment will be permitted.

However, in cases of force majeure, students may be represented by a proxy.
To do so, students must follow these steps:

The representative must report to the Assignment Auditorium in accordance with the notice received by the student, bringing all of these documents in hard copy, as well as the notice for the student covered by the power of attorney.
In addition, the student must email mmop-admissions@umontpellier.fr by the day of their appointment, the power of attorney form and the requested documents.
Please note: A proxy may represent only one student (one proxy per representative).
Students may, if they wish, designate multiple proxies (authorize multiple people); however, only one of these proxies may enter the assigned lecture hall and make the admission selection. This proxy must have all the documents listed above, as well as the admission notice for the student covered by the proxy authorization.
However, we would like to remind you of the importance of appointing a trusted individual.
MMOP-K Results
FOR STUDENTS ENROLLED IN LAS 2 AND 3 WHO HAVE SUBMITTED THEIR SECOND APPLICATION FOR THE CURRENT ACADEMIC YEAR
According to Decree No. 2019-1126 of November 4, 2019, as amended—Article 6: regarding the reform of the first cycle of health studies, an exemption allowing a third application, justified by an exceptional circumstance on the part of the student, may be granted to students enrolled in LAS2 or LAS3.
Application submission period: June 4–16, 2025, inclusive. Any application submitted outside of the eCandidat will not be considered.
Required documents to be submitted via the eCandidat application in accordance with the submission schedule:
Each document is required and must be submitted digitally in PDF, JPG, or PNG format (maximum 8 MB per file).
Any document submitted outside of the eCandidat application will not be considered.
We will notify you of the status of your application—whether it is “complete” or “incomplete”—at the email address you provided when you created your account on the eCandidat application.
Any application that remains incomplete as of June 16, 2025, will be deemed ineligible.
All eligible applications will be reviewed by the Third-Term Nomination Committee, which will issue a recommendation (either in favor or against).
If a candidate is not admitted to the MMOP program on their second application, a favorable decision allows them to submit a third application in 2025–2026 for admission to one of the MMOP programs for the 2026–2027 academic year.
