If you are required to complete an internship as part of your continuing education registration for a DU/DIU or a Capacités de médecine, you MUST complete an internship agreement.

This agreement is the legal framework for the internship; it sets out the obligations of each party and must be signed by all 3 parties: the host organization, the intern and the university.

The internship must be completed BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 1 and AUGUST 31.

To edit your agreement, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Complete the agreement online, which is available on MOODLE in your ENT.
  2. Have the host organization and yourself sign the agreement
  3. Deposit the signed agreement on your DEVOIR space in MOODLE at LEAST 15 DAYS BEFORE THE STAGE BEGINS:

Once the agreement has been validated and signed by the Dean, a copy will be deposited in your DEVOIR space (MOODLE).

Important information:

If your internship takes place over several periods during the academic year in which you enroll , and in the same organization, these periods can be grouped together on a single agreement.
