The Faculty of Medicine opens its doors to professionals. Whether you are organizing a conference, a reception, or professional meetings, the Faculty offers two different atmospheres combining tradition and modernity. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The ADV Campus Halls are temporarily unavailable for rent (2021). The capacity for conferences with catering and/or stands is limited to a maximum of 100 people.

  • Space rental

    Workrooms, meeting rooms, lecture halls, reception areas, etc.

  • Equipment

    Provision of equipment for your events (included in the basic service): tables, chairs, microphones, overhead projector, and related equipment.

  • Audiovisual services

    Audiovisual services (based on estimate, in addition to basic services): recording, video transmission, film production, etc.

  • Hours & Availability

    The availability of spaces for rent is subject to the occupancy of those same spaces for the Faculty's classes and educational activities, which take priority. Spaces are traditionally available for rent during the Faculty's opening hours, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Exceptions may be granted under certain conditions. Please specify your request in the rental request form.

How do I organize my event at the university?

  • 1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE

    Requests must be made on the website by clicking on "Make a rental request" and filling in all the fields. For a better overview of our spaces, you can download our brochure or visit our campus pages.

  • 2. VALIDATION OF THE DEAN'S PRINCIPLE

    Your request will be submitted to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for approval in principle.

  • 3. PRE-RESERVATION SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

    In parallel with the request to the Dean, we check the availability of spaces for the requested dates and proceed to place options on our schedule if the spaces are available.

  • 4. EDITING THE ESTIMATE

    After approval by the Dean and subject to availability, a quote corresponding to your request will be sent to you along with supporting documents. These documents must be returned to us with a purchase order from your department and proof of insurance valid for the duration of the event.

  • 5. TECHNICAL VISIT

    It is mandatory and will enable us to draw up a layout plan and record your logistical requirements. During this visit, we will show you the premises and their technical and logistical capabilities, in collaboration with our logistics agents.

  • 6. EDITING THE AGREEMENT

    Any rental, whether free of charge or for a fee, shall be subject to an agreement.

    It will be edited with the documents you have sent us and must be signed at least one week before your event.

  • 7. EVENT

    On the day of your event, you must go to the reception desk to sign in and confirm that the requested equipment has been installed as seen during the technical visit.

  • 8. INVOICE EDITING

    It will be printed and sent by the UM accounting agency by mail. The address on the agreement must match the billing address.
