The School of Medicine welcomes professionals. Whether you’re planning a conference, a reception, or professional meetings, the School offers two distinct settings that blend tradition and modernity. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The halls at the ADV Campus are temporarily unavailable for rental (2021). The capacity for conferences with catering and/or booths is limited to a maximum of 100 people.

  • Venue Rental

    Workrooms, meeting rooms, lecture halls, reception areas…

  • Equipment

    Equipment provided for your events (included in the basic package): tables, chairs, microphones, an overhead projector, and related equipment.

  • Audiovisual Services

    Audiovisual services (based on a quote, in addition to the basic service): recording, video streaming, film production…

  • Hours & Availability

    The availability of spaces for rent depends on whether those spaces are currently in use for the Faculty’s classes and educational activities, which take priority. Spaces are typically available for rent during the Faculty’s operating hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Exceptions may be granted under certain conditions. Please feel free to specify your request in the rental request form.

How do I organize an event at the university?

  • 1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE

    Applications must be submitted online by clicking “Apply for a rental” and making sure to fill out all the required fields. To get a better idea of our spaces, you can download our brochure or visit our campus pages.

  • 2. DEAN'S APPROVAL IN PRINCIPLE

    Your request will be submitted to the Dean of the School of Medicine for approval in principle.

  • 3. PRE-RESERVATION SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

    While submitting the request to the Dean, we check the availability of spaces for the requested dates and reserve them on our schedule if they are available.

  • 4. EDITING THE QUOTE

    Once the Dean has approved your request and subject to availability, we will send you a quote based on your request, along with supporting documents. Please return these documents to us along with a purchase order issued by your department and proof of insurance valid for the duration of the event.

  • 5. Technical Inspection

    This is a mandatory step that will allow us to create a layout plan and document your logistics requirements. During this visit, we will show you the facilities and their technical and logistical capabilities, in collaboration with our logistics specialists.

  • 6. AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

    Any lease, whether free of charge or for a fee, shall be governed by a written agreement.

    It will be prepared using the documents you provide and must be signed at least one week before your event.

  • 7. EVENT

    On the day of your event, you must go to the reception desk to check in and confirm that the requested equipment has been set up as seen during the technical walkthrough.

  • 8. INVOICE ISSUANCE

    It will be issued and mailed by the UM’s accounting office. The address listed on the agreement must match the billing address.
