ROOM RENTAL

The Faculty of Medicine opens its doors to professionals. Whether you're planning a conference, reception or business meeting, the Faculty offers two different atmospheres, combining tradition and modernity. Here you'll find all the information you need to book a room on one of the Faculty's campuses.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The ADV Campus Halls are temporarily unavailable for rental (2021). Conference capacity with catering and/or stands is limited to 100 pax maximum.

  • Space rental

    Workrooms, meeting rooms, amphitheaters, reception areas...

  • Hardware

    Provision of equipment for your events (included in the basic service): tables, chairs, microphones, overhead projector and associated equipment.

  • Audiovisual services

    Audiovisual services (on estimate, in addition to basic service): recording, video transmission, film production, etc.

  • Opening hours & availability

    The availability of rental spaces is conditional on the use of these same spaces for the Faculty's courses and teaching activities, which have priority. Spaces are traditionally open for rental during the Faculty's opening hours, from 8am to 8pm. Exceptions may be granted under certain conditions. Please specify your request in the quote request form.

How do I organize my event at the faculty?

  • 1. APPLY ONLINE

    The request must be made on the website by clicking on "request a quote" and taking care to fill in all the fields. For a better view of our spaces, you can download our brochure or visit our campus pages.

  • 2. DEAN'S APPROVAL IN PRINCIPLE

    Your application will be submitted to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for approval in principle.

  • 3. PRE-BOOKING IF AVAILABLE

    In parallel with the request to the Dean, we check the availability of spaces for the requested dates and proceed to place options on our schedule if the spaces are free.

  • 4. EDITING THE QUOTATION

    After approval by the Dean and subject to availability, a quotation corresponding to your request will be sent to you together with supporting documents. These documents must be returned to us with a purchase order from your services and a certificate of insurance valid for the duration of the event.

  • 5. TECHNICAL VISIT

    It is compulsory, and will enable us to draw up a site plan and record your logistical requirements. During this visit, we will show you the premises and their technical-logistical capabilities, in collaboration with our logistics agents.

  • 6. CONVENTION EDITION

    It will be issued with the documents you send us and must be signed at least 1 week before your event.

  • 7. EVENTS

    On the day of your event, you'll need to go to reception to sign in and confirm that the requested equipment has been installed as seen during the technical visit.

  • 8. EDITING THE INVOICE

    It will be edited and sent by the UM's accounting agency, by post. The address on the agreement must correspond to the billing address.
