TRAM DECORATED IN THE COLORS OF THE 800TH ANNIVERSARY

JANUARY 1, 2020 – CITY OF MONTPELLIER

At the request of Mayor Philippe Saurel, the city acquired a tram, which it had entirely decorated in the colors commemorating the Faculty’s 800th anniversary.

On the exterior were the names and portraits of the great physicians who have left their mark on the history of the Faculty: Lapeyronie, Rabelais, Gui de Chauliac, and even Nostradamus. The people of Montpellier were thus able to see this beautiful train in service for a little over a year!
