FACULTY STAFF DAY

JULY 6, 2021 – HISTORICAL BUILDING

Because the Faculty's 800th anniversary had to be celebrated by its staff as well, the Faculty's communications department, in partnership with Manoir du Crime, proposed a unique day divided into two parts: guided heritage tours in the morning, allowing all staff members present to (re)discover the history of our institution, followed by a life-size team investigation game to bring together staff from different campuses/sites.

  • A UNIFYING EVENT FOR OUR STAFF

Celebrating 800 years with the scientific community was important, but celebrating with our staff, who work every day to ensure the smooth running of this faculty, was essential. Designed as a fun day focused on team building, the event brought together all the volunteer staff from our three campuses and our Garden.

  • A DAY IN TWO PARTS

After a morning devoted to dramatized tours of the Jardin des Plantes, our Library, and our state rooms, our staff spent the afternoon stepping into the shoes of seasoned investigators on a wild adventure involving conspiracies and murders in a fictional story loosely based on the Chaptal era!

  • A DAY ORGANIZED IN COLLABORATION WITH MANOIR DU CRIME

A Montpellier-based association specializing in role-playing games and live-action detective games!
