Parent Workshop: A discussion session organized by the tutoring program to help you support your child as they start the school year in the PASS or LAS programs!

Starting the academic year in the PASS or LAS program is an important milestone for both students and their loved ones. To provide support during this new phase, the tutoring program is pleased to offer “Tuto Parents,” an event designed specifically for the loved ones of incoming first-year health sciences students.

This is an opportunity to discuss and share experiences about this academic year, whether you’re in the PASS or LAS (1, 2, or 3) program.
The goal is to provide support to help you better understand how this challenging year works, as well as its challenges and pace….

It also provides guidance on how parents can best support their children throughout this journey.

The Parents' Workshop can then be an opportunity to ask questions about work arrangements, balancing school and family life, or managing stress during what can be a challenging year.

This event will be led by parents of students currently in their second or third year of health studies.

They'll be here to share their experiences, advice, and stories from this past year! They'll be available to answer all your questions.

This event will take place on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It will be held in person at the UPM auditorium on the Arnaud de Villeneuve campus (tram stop: Occitanie), or remotely via Zoom using the following meeting ID: 962 2746 0888.

To wrap up this time together, the tutoring program is hosting a buffet so that everyone can continue chatting in a friendly atmosphere.
