Management in the university hospital environment

April 2025 marked the first edition of this university diploma, which will return in 2026.

This training is intended for professionals involved in organizations participating in university activities, namely teaching and research, in healthcare organizations across the country.

Deans Michel Mondain and Isabelle Laffont have long been committed to seeing this university diploma come to fruition, aware of the importance of knowledge in these fields at the national level.
It is open to continuing education, especially for those who already have management responsibilities in research, department heads, and practitioners who are in contact with students.
In response to a situation (the dismay of some employees with regard to management) and thanks to a desire to bring about change through managerial innovation, this training program aims to rebuild relationships, improve working conditions, and promote well-being.
The environmental awareness modules were designed by Michel Mondain and a group of teachers including Celine Bourgier, and Professors de la Coussaye and Jonquet for conflict management.
Vanessa Brouillet from AYAM is in charge of modules relating to communication strategies, conflict prevention, management, cooperation, and collective intelligence in the healthcare sector, for which she is supported by specialists (Benoit Deron pictured here and Claire Fabre for module 1).
Kindness and confidentiality, which are mandatory, allow the group to exchange freely, share tips, and foster the bonds that are essential for good communication and cooperation within and between departments.
Practices are analyzed through simulations, role-playing, and problem-solving exercises using collective intelligence, and course materials will reinforce your new knowledge.
"Difference creates richness" (Albert Jacquard) and "If you don't love me, it's because you don't know me" (Will Schutz) set the tone for this training course, which provides fundamental knowledge on intra-personal development strategies and the implementation of good communication practices.
