From February 19 to 23, 2024 will take place the Semaine des Lycéensan event organized by the Montpellier Health Tutoring Association.Association du Tutorat Santé de Montpellier. The aim of the week is to introduce high school studentstheir teachers and parents parents the health courses: Medicine, Maïeutics, Odontology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Nursing (MMOPKI), as well as their access from PASS and LAS.

This week takes place in dematerialized format on Zoom software, with various videoconference slots. One half-day face-to-face is also planned, enabling high-school students to visit the the Arnaud de Villeneuve campus campus of the Faculté de Médecine de Montpellier-Nîmes, but also to attend an actual tutoring session in the amphitheatre with PASS students.

At the end of the week : 

  • The high school students know how the Réforme d'Entrée dans les Études de Santé works. This will help them choose their course of study with confidence and with a better understanding of what lies ahead. The PASS and LAS will no longer hold any secrets for them!
  • They will also learn about and moral support offered by the Tutorats, which are free of charge. within the faculty, and will be able to benefit from them free of charge. Note that the Tutorats support PASS and LAS students !
  • The high school teachersfollowing the "Teachers' Timewill be able to better guide their students in their choice of specialties, as well as in their choice of training.
  • A methodology session proposed by ATSM members is planned to anticipate the entry into higher education, as well as the organization and work methods needed to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible.
  • The parents will be better informed and more confident about their child's first steps in higher education, especially in health studies. A conference, the "Tuto Parentsis scheduled for the end of the week, bringing together parents of students who have successfully entered health studies and parents of high school students.
  • The health program PASS and LAS health programs will also be presented in a comprehensive way, making the link with high school subjects, in slots dedicated to senior students called "Lycée Tuto in order to target the knowledge acquired in high school that needs to be consolidated in order to PASS or LAS.
