Because it's hard to get to grips with health studies in Montpellier, the Association du Tutorat Santé de Montpellier (ATSM) is offering a week of internships and training so that high school students can embark on these studies informed and prepared!

The program:

To mark High School Week, members of theAssociation du Tutorat Santé de Montpellier (Montpellier Health Tutoring Association) have prepared a full program to support future medical students, as well as their parents and high school teaching staff.

  • This week, dedicated to high school students, will be held from April 19 to 23, from 4 to 8 p.m., online from the Zoom! software.

  • By the end of the week, which is entirely free of charge, high school students will be familiar with the workings of the reform of access to health studies (Medicine, Maieutics, Pharmacy, Odontology, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy for the PASS)!

  • The association also offers training dedicated to secondary school teaching staff, to help them acquire the keys to guiding high school students in their choice of career path.

  • This year, high school students will be able to take full advantage of the Tutorat program, which provides them with pedagogical and moral support, entirely free of charge and supervised by faculty members!

  • Members of the ATSM association will be offering a methodology session to help students anticipate their entry into higher education. A conference, bringing together students who have successfully entered health studies, their parents and high school students and their parents, will also be on the program.

  • This week also extends to first and second year students, with a full presentation of the PASS and LAS programs, and a look at the speciality courses to be chosen.

  • For students in their final year of high school, tutors will review the key points of the high school curriculum to ensure a solid foundation.
