Understanding the results

To fully understand the acronyms and analyze your results, refer to the help section below:

Focus on the abbreviations "AJ, ADAC"

You can achieve different types of results through health training:

  • ADAC "Admitted Before Selection"means that you are admitted before selection for the corresponding program, which means that if you want this program, you are guaranteed to get it.
  • LC "Supplementary list"means that you are dependent on the choices made by those ahead of you in the ranking, who may free up places. Depending on the choices made by those ahead of you in the ranking, you may therefore get your first choice, your second choice, your third choice, etc.
  • AJ "Deferred"means you have been deferred from the program and are not eligible to take the second set of exams.

Two steps to complete:

  • STEP 1: RANKING THE OPTIONS

To help you prioritize your choices, the course selection application on MOODLE will be open:
    • Wednesday, July 6, 2022, for students currently enrolled in LAS 1
    • From Friday, July 8, 2022, to Sunday, July 10, 2022, for students currently enrolled in LAS 2.
    • Specificity for Medicine and Midwifery:

Given the very short deadlines, for each of these programs, you will choose between the Montpellier or Nîmes campus at the end ofthe secondset of examsdirectly in the program selection application, prioritizing the campus that interests you most when you are admitted or placed on the waiting list for at least one of these two programs.

  • STEP 2: CONFIRMATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF ADMISSION

You must confirm or decline admission to an MMOP training program if you are admitted to one.

At the end of step 1, you will receive an email inviting you to view the results of your potential admission and to respond as soon as possible to a questionnaire so that you can accept or decline your potential admission to an MMOP training program.

    Confirmation deadlines (on MOODLE):
    • Thursday, July 7, 2022, for students currently enrolled in LAS 1
    • From Monday, July 11, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., until Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 12:00 p.m., for students currently enrolled in LAS 2.

Focus on the abbreviations "AJ, ADAC, ASRP, AU2G"

You can achieve different types of results through health training:

  • AJ "Deferred" means you have been deferred from the program and are not eligible to take the second set of exams.
  • ADAC "Admitted Before Selection" means you are admitted before selection for the corresponding training program.
  • ASRP "Admitted subject to availability or 2nd group" This result indicates that you are admitted subject to availability in the 1st group and that you are authorized to take the 2nd group of MMOP exams. (There is no oral exam for physical therapy). This result serves as a summons to the oral exam between June 23 and 30 in the event of non-admission to the 1st group of exams (the date and location will be communicated to you at the end of the admission period for the 1st group).
  • AU2G "Authorized for the second group of tests" means that you are authorized to take the second group of tests for this training program without any further action on your part. This result is equivalent to an invitation to the oral exam between June 23 and 30 if you are not admitted to the 1st group of exams (the date and location will be communicated to you at the end of the admission period for the 1st group).

Understanding the results

To fully understand the acronyms and analyze your results, refer to the help section below:

When the result shows ADAC, it means that you have been admitted before selection, while LC means supplementary list. However, for Medicine and Midwifery courses, if the result shown is LC but you are admitted to Medicine or Midwifery when you refer to the rankings (ADMP), this is due to the existence of two training sites. As allocation is based on merit, you must therefore list these programs in your prioritized choices in accordance with the procedure specified in the attached document.

On the ADMP display = admitted before selection in medical or midwifery training, regardless of the training location: Nîmes or Montpellier.

Two steps to complete:

  • STEP 1: PRIORITIZING CHOICES

To enable you to prioritize your choices, the course selection application will be open from Friday, July 23, 2021, at 2 p.m. until Monday, July 26, 2021, at 9 a.m.

Focus on: ADAC result "Admitted before choice"

Candidates who are directly admitted after the first set of tests must:

>> confirm their acceptance of admission, specifying, when their name appears on several admission lists, the medical, pharmacy, dentistry, or midwifery program they have definitively chosen, under penalty of losing the benefit of this admission and not being able to take the second group of exams for the program to which they had been directly admitted. This agreement constitutes a waiver of the right to sit the second group of exams.

III of Article 11 of the Order of November 11, 2019

Students must clearly express their decision:
>> either they explicitly accept the program to which they have been admitted after the first set of exams and, in this case, they waive their right to participate in the second set of exams and the possibility of being admitted to another program;

>> either they waive their right to take the first set of exams and can take the second set of exams in order to try again to be admitted to another program. They can also try again to gain admission to the program they waived direct admission to. However, there is no guarantee that they will be admitted to this program.
