As part of the 800th anniversary of the Faculty of Medicine, and in partnership with the Académie Nationale de Chirurgie, we will be hosting the annual symposium of the Académie de Chirurgie on our Arnaud de Villeneuve campus.

A symposium organized to mark the 800th anniversary of the Faculty of Medicine.

Members of the Académie Nationale de Chirurgie will meet to discuss the place of robotics and AI in 21st-century surgery, and to consider the future training of surgeons. A tribute will be paid to François de Lapeyronie, one of the fathers of modern surgery and founder of the Académie Royale de Chirurgie.
