As they do every summer, the tutoring associations of the University of Montpellier(Association du Tutorat Santé de Montpellier, Association des Tuteurs en Pharmacie, Tutorat Santé Nîmes) are organizing a Pre-Reentry Course to prepare PASS and LAS students for the new academic year. This initiative aims to ease students into the academic year with introductory courses and methodology training, while promoting well-being and social life.
SPR, an asset for the year
Taking part in the SPR makes it easier to immerse yourself in the academic year. In fact, we offer both course and methodology sessions, which are useful if you don't want to be surprised by the way PASS or LAS work.
- SPR PASS runs from Monday August 22 to Saturday September 3.
SPR LAS runs from Monday August 29 to Wednesday August 31.
Pre-entry course for PASS students
For 2022/2023 PASS students, the SPR takes place face-to-face on the three campuses of Arnaud de Villeneuve (ATSM), Flahault (ATP) and Carémeau (TSN). The registration fee is €15, which coversthe cost of printing the handouts that will be distributed during the course. You must first register for the Tutorat, which is free of charge throughout the year via the form available in the tab ETUDES ET FORMATIONS → PASS - LAS → TUTORATS.
The SPR is still very popular with students, who overwhelmingly consider that the internship has served them well, as described in the statistics below!
All our tutor teams are committed to making this internship both enjoyable and useful for the rest of the year. It's also a great way to find out about life in the faculty, and to create work groups for the rest of the year!
Our Pre-Reentry course takes place on three separate sites:

Pre-entry course for LAS students
For LAS students in the 2022/2023 year, this is a distance learning format, via dematerialized meetings on Zoom®, in order to respect equal opportunities between all the different LAS streams. The LAS SPR is free of charge , but also requires prior registration with the Tutorat.
The SPR is a good way for students to understand the expectations of the LAS, feeling supported by an association that will be a solid help, present at their side all year round.

TheAssociation du Tutorat Santé de Montpellier renews its Semaine Des Lycéens, from February 21 to 25, 2022! A week dedicated to all high school students, their parents and teachers, to defuse all questions about the REES (Réforme d'entrée aux études de santé) better known as the PASS-LAS scheme.
An event organized on ZOOM, so that as many people as possible can take part
This week, aimed at all high school students (secondes, premières et terminales) as well as their parents and teachers, will be made up of different slots dedicated to explaining the REES, the PASS/LAS years but also the higher years. The sessions will take place on ZOOM from February 21 to 25, 2022, except for Wednesday morning, February 23, when they will be held on the Arnaud de Villeneuve Campus of the Faculty of Medicine (641 Avenue du Doyen Gaston Giraud, 34090 Montpellier).

A rich program of conferences, tutorials and question-and-answer sessions
Find out more about the week's programme below:
- Monday 21/02 - 4:00 pm: The first slot will be devoted to presenting the Tutorat and the ATSM association. The role of the Tutorat within the reform and the services provided free of charge by the ATSM will be detailed, to reassure students about the pedagogical and psychological support they will be offered during their year. By the end of the week, high school students will be familiar with the new system set up under the Réforme d'Entrée aux Etudes de Santé (Health Studies Entrance Reform), and how the PASS and LAS work respectively. They will also learn about the different subjects they will be taking throughout the year.
- Wednesday 23/02 - 2:00 pm: This session is designed to guide Year 11 and 11 students in their choice of specialties for their final year of high school.
- Wednesday 23/02 - 2pm and Thursday 24/02 - 7pm: Two conferences will be held specifically for parents and teachers to include them in the Réforme d'Entrée aux Etudes de Santé and explain how it works, as well as the Tutorat.
- Thursday 24/02 - 4pm: The tutors will offer a methodology workshop to help you get to grips with and anticipate the year ahead, as well as a little wellness time.
- New this year: ATSM is planning a morning session at the faculty for senior students wishing to see how a PASS tutoring session is run. They will first be welcomed on the ADV campus and then taken to an amphitheater session.
- Students in their final year of high school will have the opportunity to attend 5 Tuto Lycée sessions, covering some of the course points they will be introduced to during the first semester of PASS/LAS.
- At the end of the week, the tutors will be on hand to debrief everyone on the week and answer any final questions.

A week of wellness for PASS and LAS students
To bring this first semester's exams to a close, and to help students prepare for the second, the Association du Tutorat de Santé de Montpellier (ATSM) is organizing the 2022 edition of Pep's Week for PASS and LAS students!
Winner of the Trophée des Initiatives Étudiantes de Montpellier in 2018-2020 and greatly appreciated by students Pep's Week is a project that is very close to our hearts and one that we hope to renew this year under the name " Pep's Week ".
This week is dedicated to the well-being and relaxation of PASS and LAS students. To this end, the ATSM is carrying out a number of activities in partnership with students from various disciplines, to provide the best possible psychological and educational support for "first-years". Developing this sense of well-being is a key objective, and one that has become indispensable since the start of the health crisis.
The 2022 edition, January 24-28
Pep's Week will take place from January 24 to 28, 2022. Every lunchtime at the Faculté de Médecine de Montpellier, on the Campus ADV (641 Avenue du Doyen Gaston Giraud), the ATSM will be offering a variety of activities involving qualified speakers, as well as moments of exchange and sharing between students and tutors.
For this year's event, the theme is " Japan ", and participants will receive a Welcome Pack full of goodies specifically linked to ATSM's partnerships.
